Each consultation space is limited and reserved, requiring completion within the dedicated timeframe to honor the depth of your experience. Details This is a digital video consultation experience—you’ll receive a private link to record your responses at your convenience. The process is simple, guided, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete—allowing you to move through it with ease while still receiving a deeply personalized experience. Important:  If you've previously unsubscribed from Wildcrafted Beauty emails, your consultation journey may be interrupted or delayed. Your submission allows us to understand your hair, lifestyle, and goals on a deeper level—so every recommendation feels intentional, aligned, and uniquely yours. Once all video responses are completed, a Customer Success Specialist will deliver your first two custom combinations within 2 business days. Each consultation includes: Two (2) initial custom product combinations One (1) feedback-based revision One (1) final refinement (Up to four total variations) You will receive your personalized recommendations via email, along with clear, thoughtful guidance on your next steps. After your consultation is complete, you’ll receive a $75 credit toward a purchase of a full set of Braid in Extensions. (10+ Bundles for the Venus Long or 11+ Bundles for SHORTIES™ or a combo of 6 Venus long and 5 SHORTIES™) Your consultation must be completed within 14 days of purchase. This timeframe protects your reserved spot—unfinished consultations beyond this window will be forfeited. Refunds are only available if the consultation has not been started. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Once the consultation has been started in any way (including accessing or beginning your submission), it is considered in progress and becomes non-refundable. Your video responses are used strictly for consultation fulfillment, accuracy, and internal quality purposes, and will never be shared publicly without your consent.
