Pink - Franky Hoyos Bourbon Aji

This is an exciting release from our friends at People Possession (Paris, France) and producer Franky Hoyos! This is one crazy coffee with an intense advanced processing presentation of fruits and candied notes. In the cup we find bubble gum, strawberry shortcake, vibrant acidity, and a banana milkshake sweetness. When brewing your entire room will smell like a pink fruit punch and when cooled there is incredible structure of red fruit acidity from the processing. We really enjoy showcasing these types of coffee because they showcase what is possible from an advanced processing end and how playful and expressive coffee can be!  For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for 6+ weeks!
