Sourced locally from a dealer-friend specializing in ephemera, books, and military history. The length is about 10.25” and weight approximately 7.5 grams. Both silver end pieces are stamped as shown. I do not know it’s age—estimation 1940s. CONDITION: “fair” pre-owned-used with brownish stubborn tarnish. Creases in the red ribbon fabric. I polished only enough to show some waviness in the plain end and the neat “modernist” style monogram. The folded fabric links at each end are original.
