This only requires you train 3 days a week. It can be used for maintaining, cutting or bulking. It's for 16 weeks. This program is not for everyone because the workouts are long. You can be in the gym training for over 2 hours on these routines, but keep in mind you are hitting the whole body each session. Please do not buy this program if you don't have a gym membership.
