Low & Dry (Drum Kit)

“Low & Dry” aims to deliver both clean and lo-fi, punchy drum sounds for you to use in a variety of genres. Many blankets, towels and mutings were utilized to create very dry sounds from well-tuned drums. My hope is that the 40 drum loops are used as-is or chopped/manipulated to add an analog flavor to your production. The breaks were recorded over the span of 10 days, with the 113 one-shots coming directly from these raw sessions as well. All samples were played, recorded, processed and mixed by ToddChamp. The patterns were inspired by the drumming from both modern and older artists such as: Mac DeMarco, Men I Trust, Anderson .Paak, and The Isley Brothers.
