The fabric is rinsed at the fabric stage to soften the hand and enhance comfort from the first wear. This treatment also helps the vertical slub present itself earlier, creating contrast and dimensionality while maintaining structure. As the denim ages, the vertical texture becomes increasingly expressive, producing distinctive fade patterns driven by movement and wear.
