This Aluminium Body Diaphragm Pump has nitrile rubber diaphragms and seals, which allows it to be used with a range of fluids. It is reliable and simple to use and is great for transferring motor oil, vegetable oils and diesel which makes it ideal for mechanical and farming operations. Air Driven Diaphragm Pump with Aluminium Body Diaphragm pumps are ideal for use with a range of fluids. Their simple operation and design makes them very reliable and easy to maintain. Attach a compressed air line and regulate your supply pressure to adjust your flow rate. Never worry about dead heading the pump as there's no electric motor to burn out. The pump body is made from Aluminium with Nitrile rubber diaphragms and seals. These materials are compatible with a range of liquids including diesel. Great for transferring oils such as vegetable oils, motor oils and hydraulic oils. Note: Always check the compatibility of the pump seals and diaphragms with the pumping solution before operating the pump. Note, whilst this pump is chemically compatible with petrol, it is not certified for use with petrol and therefore we can not recommend if for this use. See the following table and charts for an indication of the flow rates to be expected. Always run with an inline pressure regulator so you can control the air pressure and flow to the pump. The pump uses the standard 1/4" air supply connection used on most air tools.
