You receive the beef delivered to your door. Our packaging is all vacuum sealed with clear plastic, and fully labeled so you know exactly what you're pulling out of the freezer to thaw! Storage: You will need close to 14 cubic feet of freezer space for a whole beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker). We recommend getting a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost, as this feature can shorten the overall shelf-life of the beef. How to pay: You put a 50% deposit down here today and the remaining balance will be charged to your card right before we ship the product. You will get a notification before your beef ships. When do I get my beef? Your beef will be ready approximately 5 months after placing your deposit. This timing allows us to align your order with when our animals are naturally ready for harvest.Why the wait? Unlike industrial systems, we don’t rush nature.
