Our 100% traceable caviar is harvested from California White Sturgeon and has a buttery, creamy flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of Parmesan, perfect for pairing with potato chips, creme fraiche, and chopped chives. Each order of caviar comes with a custom designed box by Danny "Danbo" Miller as well as a fish-engraved mother of pearl spoon!
