It's a very rare piece and you will rarely see it at sushi restaurants. Perfect fish for sashimi & sushi. Each piece is roughly 0.2-0.4 LB per order (may vary slightly in size). All of our pieces are superfrozen at -70°F to preserve peak quality   Recommended Conservation:  In a regular freezer for up to 3 days.
