DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Wrap around affected area, stretching enough to provide comfortable compression which is not too restrictive. Self-adhesive. Tear or cut after using desired amount. The wrapped area will get colder after about 5-10 minutes, and remain cold for up to 60 minutes. Inspect area after a few minutes, especially if first time use, and then every 15 minutes. If any irritation occurs, discontinue. Do not use if Diabetic. Use with caution if you have sensitive skin. Wash hands after touching and avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on kids 3 or younger. Do not refrigerate. Single use.
