Murdy Leather Pocket Cut TAD Edition

The Murdy Creative Refillable Pocket Cut is created for the writer, traveler, office worker, and everyone else. These beautiful and durable 5-7 oz. full-grain leather journals will serve you well for years to come. The Pocket Cut has the smallest overall dimensions of our previous offerings While the Pocket Cut has the same height and width as the Mini Cut, the simple rod binding allows for a thinner width making daily carry a breeze.  Created around the ubiquitous little black notebook, our cover uses an innovative, in spine binding bar, to allow for any 3.5" by 5.5" notebook refill.  A custom rod binding hold the insert firmly in place. The leather is 5-7oz full grain cowhide, chromed and oil tanned in Milwaukee Wisconsin. It is fully waterproof with a very low water absorption. Liquids bead up and run off the surface. They are virtually maintenance free and will naturally patina over time from air, sunlight, oils, and other environmental features. Saddle soap can be used to remove dirt and helps condition the leather if that is desired. Our TAD edition comes with our signature laser topo and logo engraved on the front and back covers.Due to the nature of custom items, slight variations may occur.
