Our covert placard is designed to run underneath the plate carrier cummerbund so it's always there when you need it and out of the way when you don't. Our unique design also includes a two tiered pocket that allows you to utilized each of the three slots for accessories like phones, pouches or rifle mags on the outer pouch or smaller accessories like flashlights, utility tools, pocket knives or pistol mags in the smaller pocket.
