Fried Pepper Chips

Originated from my parents' hometown, LAOS. These pepper chips are very addicting!! You've been warned. ;) Looks can be deceiving but these pepper chips are a mild/medium spicy, so rest assure, it's not as deadly as it looks. Crunchy, flavorful, salty, and highly addictive deep-fried with Kaffir lime leaves; these pepper chips, pepper chips w/pork rinds mix, pepper chips w/chicken skin mix, or fried chicken skin by itself makes the perfect snack or garnish especially on top of papaya salad. A dipping sauce such as sweet chili sauce typically accompanies the crunchy snack. You won't be disappointed! Pepper & Sesame Crumbs- Just like Furikake: a dry Japanese condiment, this is the Laotian version furikake seasoning. Not too spicy, but has a punch, full of flavors. This can be used to compliment anything and everything! It can be used to sprinkle on top of cooked rice, dipped with sticky rice, on top of salads, in soup, on eggs, and veggies etc. the possibilities is endless.
