Simply screw the Lookout into the tree until the plastic shaft touches the tree, and you're ready to adjust your trail camera to the perfect position. 2 Pivot Strap Lookout: Ideal for public land use, this mount is used with a strap (not included). Once the strap is tightened, simply pull down on the mount to lock it into place on the tree. This mount allows for adjustments in angle relative to the ground and camera rotation. 3 Pivot Strap Lookout: Perfect for mounting trail cameras to trees or limbs that aren't vertical, this mount offers the adjustability of the screw-in Lookout while remaining legal for public land use.
