Encouragement Journal

One of our favorite journals is our meditation journal. It is filled with so many encouraging expressions that are great to reflect on when coping with anxiety. After making it, there have been many times when I have wanted a masculine version to share with friends and family that have needed it. We have also had requests for a similar style notebook for brothers. We are so excited to now have this addition. We made it a bit smaller in size because once putting it together my husband and I agreed that not only is it good for personal use, but it would make a great shepherding journal. There is plenty of space to record references, verses and thoughts to share on shepherding visits. And of course sisters can enjoy it as well:) Its compact size makes it great for toting around.
