Idk who needs to hear this but your period is actually not supposed to be painful. Our loose tea blend of gentle herbs, petals and roots is handcrafted with plants traditionally used to ease the discomfort, bloating, and tension that can show up during our period — while encouraging the rest we crave (and cough cough deserve). Directions: Steep 1–2 Tbsp of loose herbs in hot water for 5–10 minutes, strain & sip ✨ (we recommend a bucket tea infuser for straining!) Red Raspberry Leaf – The uterine whisperer. Traditionally used by herbalists to support the body through the cycle with a little more ease. Chamomile – Our golden queen. Helps soothe and center the mind when things get busy. Lemon Balm – A gentle mood-boosting herb that helps keep the happy chemicals flowing and the good vibes going. Nettle – A powerhouse of naturally occurring minerals and vitamins that quietly refills your tank when your body is doing the most. Rose Buds – Tenderness in herb form. Traditionally used for its soothing qualities, rose brings a little softness to the aches and edges of this phase. Ginger Root – Your body's built-in heat lamp.
