The trees are coppiced on a twelve year rotation, ensuring that the wood used for these Christmas trees would have been harvested anyway. To assemble, simply slot the branches over the central pole, onto the base. These hazel branches come from trees in the Swanton Novers estate in North Norfolk, harvested as part of the woodland management of the designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
