Riversong

The large leaf shou puerh is chocolatey and intensely dark. We added dried orange peel to bring in a sweet, citrusy note that brightens the rich, earthy tea. This is the perfect marriage of flavor and function. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, sun-dried Mandarin orange peel is known for its ability to aid digestion and support the lungs. Pairing it with this shou puerh, which is also has digestive benefits, creates a blend that's both flavorful and good for your well-being.We appreciate the patience of the tea and found ourselves drinking it for long sessions then boiling the leaves afterwards in a cauldron. We suggest brewing it gongfu with a small filter in the clay body to catch the small leaves, with water just shy of a rolling boil.Origin: Yunnan, China 2025
