Built around the love of an everyday, approachable, and easy-drinking filter coffee, Bottleneck typically combines coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica—but no origin is ever really off the table! We love it for its attention to balance, creamy texture, and toffee-like sweetness.Bouncy Castle - Built on our love of African coffees, this coffee is bright, buoyant, and makes us happy! Bouncy Castle typically showcases a single-origin washed Ethiopian coffee but is open to any sparkly coffees as long as there’s something vibrant, sweet, and fun in the flavour.
