HOW TO USE FOR COLD THERAPY Freeze gel pack for at least 4 hours before using Wrap in soft cloth to protect skin for comfortable hot and cold therapy Apply on affected area for no longer than 20 minutes at a time HOW TO USE FOR HOT THERAPY Place gel packs in a bowl of water and place it in the microwave Heat gel pack for 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Instead of using a microwave, you can also submerge the gel pack in hot water until it becomes warm. Squeeze gel around to distribute heat.
