VESO x TRICK DOG Fig Leaf Vermouth

Batch 001. 3600 Bottles. 18% ABV We teamed up with the legendary Trick Dog bar in San Francisco to build a vermouth around fig leaves, a surprising ingredient with an incredible depth of flavor. When infused, fig leaves taste somewhere between tropical coconut, nutty vanilla, and palo santo. We wanted that flavor to stay front and center, so we built the rest of the vermouth to support it: cacao for depth, quassia and cinchona for a clean bitterness, coriander for a citrus top note, and a little toasted coconut to amplify the rich finish.
