Black Limestone and Beige Marble Antique Checkerboard Tile Set – 12x12

Some floors are built for a season. Others are built for centuries. Our Black Limestone and Beige Marble Antique Checkerboard Tile Set belongs to the latter. That's a pairing forged from two of Europe's most historically significant stones. Quarried in Belgium for over 2,000 years, our Pierre Bleue Antique Limestone Tile (the finest Belgian bluestone) has paved medieval guild halls, framed Gothic cathedrals, and lined the elegant streets of cities that still bear its mark today. Alongside it stands the luminous Crema di Michelangelo Antique Marble Tile. This is a stone that speaks to a different kind of legacy. Michelangelo didn't see marble as a material. He saw it as perfection waiting to be revealed. That vision lives in every vein of this extraordinary beige marble. Together, they form a black and beige checkered tile pairing of rare contrast and enduring beauty. Deep, near-black limestone meeting warm, museum-worthy beige marble in a timeless 12x12 format. Natural stone only grows more distinguished with age. The Pierre Bleue darkens and patinas gracefully, while the Crema di Michelangelo's warm tones deepen and settle. Together becoming more layered, more storied, more irreplaceable with every passing year. From sweeping entryways to elegant kitchen floors, this checkerboard tile set is architectural history made permanent beneath your feet. Want to experience these stones in your own space?
