Backcountry Bison Bowl

While creating this meal, I knew from the start that it had to have bison in it. Similar to the traditional Navajo taco dish, this meal consists of rice, beans, and bison meat in a delicious, creamy chili sauce. The best part? It also includes two whole buttermilk biscuits.
