An opening on the back is sized to perfectly fit an Apple branded Lightning charging cable, so you can charge the remote without removing the case. Included is a wrist strap lanyard for those really out-of-control TV-watching moments. The case fits the NEW 2021 or 2022 2nd and 3rd Generation Siri Remote, it will not fit the older gray remotes or the black glass 1st Generation Siri Remote.
