This vacuum-coating process vaporizes gold and bonds it to the base metal at the molecular level, creating a durable, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic layer. These will not tarnish, scratch, or show signs of age. Yellow Brass: these pieces are made of solid brass. Highly durable and bright gold in color, they develop a patina over time (which I personally find charming), but can be easily polished back to their original shine with a gentle metal polish such as Brasso. This piece is vintage or made with vintage components. Please handle + store with care for longevity. Avoid long term exposure to water, lotion, and perfume as they can expedite the aging process.
