For all warranties, you must have your proof of purchase, so wherever you buy FamilyPlayer2, you must save your proof of purchase for any warranty to be valid. 24Six covers any defects that came from the factory for the first 30 days after you purchase the product. Defects include issues like the buttons are not working properly, the touch screen is not responding, the battery does not charge, etc. Anything that should be working out of the box, and does not. THERE IS NO COVERAGE IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FOR USER NEGLIGENCE. AGAIN, IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD: DROPS THE DEVICESPILLS WATER ON ITIT FALLS OFF THEIR BEDIT FELL INTO THE SOUPIT WAS "SO CLOSE TO THE GROUND IT COULDNT HAVE BEEN HIS/HER FAULT"(yes, these are real)- these and other examples like this are not covered by 24Six in the first 30 Days.
