Love at First Bite - Saturday, February 14th, 2026

Fall in love with the art of pastry in this three-hour Valentine’s Day workshop! Participants will master two romantic confections: delicate heart-shaped French macarons and decadent white chocolate & berry bon bons. Along the way, students will learn to conquer the notoriously tricky macaron, practice the art of tempering chocolate, and create luscious homemade fillings like silky white chocolate ganache and tangy berry coulis. Guided by our expert chefs, students will build new skills, gain confidence, and take home a box of hand-crafted sweets, perfect for sharing with someone special (or keeping all to yourself!).Take home: 1 dozen heart shaped macarons & 1 dozen white chocolate and berry bon bons.
