Our wild yellowfin tuna is sustainably long-line caught by a small team of fishermen on a single Marine Stewardship Council-certified boat. Each steak is carefully selected from the finest quality yellowfin tuna harvested in the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean on the coast of Ecuador – the world capital of tuna fishing. Unlike most tuna fish on the market, ours is never treated with carbon monoxide. Instead, using an EU-approved process, the tuna meat is marinated in an all-natural beetroot powder mix to enhance the natural color.
