The turkeys are raised on small Amish and Mennonite farms in Pennsylvania on a vegetarian and gluten-free diet of locally grown corn and roasted soybeans ground on the farm and enhanced with vitamins and minerals. Our all-natural turkeys are never administered antibiotics or hormones and are grown out slowly. The result is delightfully tender, moist turkey meat with superb taste.
