Our Lorne sausage is made to our classic Scottish recipe and robustly seasoned with black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and mace.  We've been over-generous in the sizing of our Lorne, with four large slices per 1lb pack. Our square sausage cooks up beautifully and is easy to cook in a pan or sizzle on the grill. Pair with our Flour Dusted Soft White Baps and some HP sauce for a classic Scottish treat.
